Being a NFL fan, the news of Marcus Mariotta leaving the league last year came as a shock to me. Even though the Titans didn’t have much success with Mariota on the field, his presence was still something to look forward to on Sundays. I was so disappointed, thinking – does Marcus Mariota still play in the NFL?
After doing some research, I found out that Marcus Mariota no longer plays in the NFL. Instead, he signed a two-year deal with the Las Vegas Raiders and is now starting his new career as a quarterback for them. I was pretty bummed at first, as I would love to have seen Mariota back in the NFL. But after further reflection, I’m confident that this is the perfect move for him.
The Raiders have been working hard to build a team that can contend for a championship and the addition of Mariota is definitely a win for the franchise. He is very talented, and he has amazing potential. He will also have the benefit of having a great mentor in Raiders Head Coach Jon Gruden, who is known for getting the best out of his quarterbacks.
The Las Vegas Raiders will be a great team to watch this year, and I’m sure that Marcus Mariota will be a big part of their success. I’m also sure that he will thrive in the NFL, as he is a hard worker and has the necessary desire and determination to be a great quarterback.
So, to answer my original question- Does Marcus Mariota still play in the NFL? The answer is yes. He is now the starting quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders, and it wouldn’t surprise me if he were playing at the highest level in a couple of years.
Not to mention, with Mariota now on the roster, I’m sure many people in Las Vegas will be cheering for the Raiders and supporting him too. It will be exciting to see him back in the NFL this year, and there’s no doubt in my mind that he will make some great plays.
Mariota has always had an extremely successful track record, and it is no surprise that he has been able to land such a great deal with Las Vegas. With all the new pieces the team has added, I am confident that he will help the Raiders become a force to be reckoned with this year.
I’m also sure that having Mariota back in the league will spark a newfound appreciation from the fans. It will be refreshing to see a player with respect, tenacity, and a strong work ethic. With these qualities, Mariota plans to prove that he is still a top tier quarterback.
All of these reasons make me believe that Marcus Mariota will have a great season with Las Vegas and will continue to make an impact in the NFL.
I am excited to see how he takes the field this year and I’m sure he will come out strong and show everyone why he is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. I will be rooting for Mariota throughout the season and can’t wait to watch him have success in Las Vegas.
